Dr. Ashok Kumar Saini

Dr. Saini is responsible for managing the projects undertaken by the Company for transmission and distribution sector across the country. He has approximately 21 years of experience in the power distribution and electrical industry. He is a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and has completed his Master of Technology in Mechanical-Thermal from Delhi College of Engineering. Prior to joining us, Mr Saini was working with ETA Engineering Private Limited. He is a member of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the Institution of Engineers (India).

Mr. Rakesh Gupta

Mr Gupta is responsible for the overall financial operations, strategic financial planning, budgeting, fund management, finance, accounting, taxation and audit of the Group, besides managing the proposed initial public offering by the Company. He has approximately 26 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He completed his graduation from Punjab University and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India since 1984. Prior to joining us, Mr Gupta was working with Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited as Vice President.

Mr. Shinesh Singhvi

Mr Singhvi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience across the various Industries. He has managed the entire gamut of Business & Operational activities for various multi-million projects with a focused analysis & process excellence in Cost Management, Productivity, Service Delivery, P&L Management and Cash Flow through implementing procedures, devising strategies to augment business and streamlining services standards. Also, he has been successful in launching projects, which initiated as a mere concept, with a focus on Project Scope and Rendering end-to-end solutions having proven abilities in managing technically advanced, state of the art systems and processes. He is a BE and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Master Degree in International Business, MBA (Materials & Logistics) and MBA (Finance). He has worked with Future Group, Reliance Industries, H&R Johnson, Mafatlal Industries and Aditya Birla Group.

Mr. Rajesh Jain

Mr Jain is responsible for coordinating corporate relations among strategic business units. He has approximately 15 years of experience in the telecom and power industry. He completed his Master in Business Administration from Agra University. He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in 2010. Prior to joining us, Mr Jain was the Vice President Corporate Affairs at Teracom Limited.

Mr V.K. Ramesh

Mr Ramesh is responsible for the Company’s national and international business development. He has approximately 27 years of experience in the power distribution and electrical industry. He completed his post graduation in D.E.E. from Central Polytechnic College. Prior to joining us, Mr Ramesh was working with Indo Asian Fuse Gear Limited.

Mr Rajneesh Mehra

Mr Mehra is responsible for execution of certain projects undertaken by A2Z Infrastructure. Mr Mehra has approximately 22 years experience in conceptualization, implementation and management of solid wastes and power generation projects. Prior to joining A2Z Infrastructure, Mr Mehra was engaged in the solid waste management business in his personal capacity. Mr Mehra completed his MBBS from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and MD from Institute of Medical Education & Research.

Mr Hemant Gupta

Mr Gupta is responsible for corporate strategy, communication and strategic relations (joint ventures and alliances). He has approximately 13 years of experience in consultancy. He completed his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Mumbai University. Prior to joining us, Mr Gupta was working with Enarr Advisors.

Mr Amit Sardana

Mr. Amit Sardana joined the Company in August, 2010 and he is responsible for overall Strategy Planning, Business Development, Business Expansion and Strategic Alliances of the company and its subsidiaries. He has 17 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in project management and change management. He graduated from Delhi University in 1993 and is a Post Graduates in General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (One year synchronized learning with support from NIIT). Prior to joining us, Amit was working as Executive Director at Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise (P) Ltd.

Mr Manoj Gupta

Mr Gupta is responsible for managing the overall functioning of A2Z Powertech. He has 13 years of experience in project management and execution. Mr Gupta completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Meerut University. Prior to joining us, Mr Gupta was an Executive Director of the Company and was responsible for the execution of different projects undertaken by the Company.

Mr Anil Kumar Sharma

Mr Sharma is responsible for procurement of orders from DISCOMS at the State level, power distribution management, loss reduction, revenue enhancement and implementation of innovative IT solutions. Mr Sharma has approximately 17 years of experience in the power industry including power system automation, IT in power segment, network management, resource management, project management and consulting services. Mr Sharma completed his Bachelor in Technical Engineering and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra. Prior to joining us, Mr Sharma worked with Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Limited for approximately 15 years and has undergone simulator training for the operation of thermal power station of 210 MW and more, distribution management training towards Power Management Institute training from NTPC, GIS Supported Network Planning Analysis training and Distribution Loss Reduction Training using IT Applications from National Power Training Institute. He is a member of Metering India from Indian Electronics and Electrical Employee Association responsible for framing metering protocols.

Mr Amit Kumar Agarwal

Mr Agarwal is responsible for the projects related to water and waste water management, conservation of wetlands, storm water drainage and rain water harvesting. He has approximately 15 years experience in the field of business operations and development, marketing, accounts, consulting and engineering. His focus area has been sewerage, drainage, water supply, solid waste management and Geographical Information System. He completed his B.E. (Mechanical) from Kuvempu University, Karnataka. Prior to joining us, Mr Agarwal was working with Tetra Tech India Limited as Vice President. He has contributed growth of more than 200% in the turnover of the Company and was awarded the “Best Performer” in the years 2007, 2008 and 2009 by operation team of Tetra Tech India Limited.
