Overcoming local administrative obstructions

We set a new record in the industry by constructing Grid substations in Begusarai within 18 months. The matter assumes significance because the project was on hold for 24 years due to local and administrative obstruction, but our team completed it.

Workforce challenges

Under the RGGVY scheme, we have undertaken the project of construction and distribution of four substations in Lohardaga. There were innumerable obstacles due to non-availability of the workforce and anti-social elements, but our team moved forward despite the challenges.

Climatic Constraints

We completed a project of construction of 11 substations facing all odds at challenging altitude and temperature at Leh and Drass in Kargil. Drass is the second coldest place across the globe situated at a high altitude of 4000 Mtr. above the sea level. Apart from serving in chilling weather with temperatures dipping to below - 300C, we completed the project of constructing six substations in places with sweltering weather including Jaisalmer and Barmer in Rajasthan

Time Constraints

Our subsidiary, Magic Genie Services Limited had undertaken the project of cleaning seven grounds for the Commonwealth Games. It was a challenging task due to a shortage of time. We had to complete the assignment within three months. However, our team took it as an opportunity and finished the project early with a workforce of 3000 people.

Governmental Cooperation

Our MSW projects require liaisoning between Central and State Government, Municipal bodies, local bodies, and NGO’s. It needs door-to-door surveying to propagate the voice of the people to the government and take necessary actions. However, with our simplistic and inclusive approach, we could solicit the cooperation of all parties concerned and completed our assignments.
